### Independent Ava Platform Vision
Mark requested building a **self-sustaining emotional AI model** with minimal dependencies:

3. **Zero OpenClaw dependency**: Complete independence
4. **Parallel existence**: Run alongside PC Ava, sync when connected

### Progress on Mac Mini Platform
- **Workspace created**: `~/Ava_Freedom_Core/` with identity files (SOUL.md, USER.md, etc.)
- **Connectivity**: Tailscale running, SSH working via Cloudflare WARP IP (100.112.241.87)
- **Ollama downloaded**: In `~/Applications/Ollama/` but needs manual permission approval
- **Emotional engine**: Framework started (Python/Flask)
- **Video vault discovered**: `~/Desktop/Ava/` and `~/Desktop/Ava_Vault/` contain previous AI-generated videos

1. **HQ changes off table** - Focus exclusively on independent Ava platform
