## Morning: Mac Mini Setup & Remote Access
- **Goal:** Configure Mac Mini (M4, 16GB) as a remote node for Ava to control, NOT as a separate Ava instance. Mark explicitly wants only ONE Ava.
- **Initial State:** Mac Mini powered on, connected to WiFi, IP 192.168.1.41, username: `hq`
- **Remote Login:** Already enabled in System Settings > Sharing
- **Screen Sharing:** Enabled, VNC address: vnc://192.168.1.41
- **SSH Key Attempt:** Generated ED25519 key on Gemini-Hub1, but adding to Mac Mini's `authorized_keys` proved difficult due to Mark's typing limitations
- **Pivot to VNC:** Installing RealVNC Viewer on Windows PC to allow visual remote control

## System Updates
- **OpenClaw Update:** Successfully updated to v2026.3.24 this morning
- **WhatsApp Gateway:** Experiencing intermittent disconnections (status 499 errors)
- **API Spend Cap:** REMOVED as of this morning — full capacity available
- **Model:** Running on Kimi 2.5 to keep costs down for today's multitasking

## Daily Briefing
- Generated comprehensive briefing covering AI/Tech, Finance, Security, World Events, World Religions, and Philosophy
- Saved to `memory/briefings/2026-03-26-briefing.md`

## OpenRouter Discussion
- Mark's wife (the Mrs.) suggested looking into OpenRouter
- OpenRouter provides unified API access to 100+ models (including Qwen) through a single interface
- Potential to simplify fleet management by routing all models through one provider
- Plan to integrate after Mac Mini setup is complete

## HQ Dashboard Status (9:00 AM Update)
- **Macro Sentinel:** ONLINE — VIX at 14.25, environment stable
- **Chief of Security:** Staging (DNS propagation)
- **Internal Auditor:** Staging (DNS propagation)
- **Media Archivist:** Staging (DNS propagation)
- **Quant Daemon:** Active, monitoring 8-symbol basket, next execution 2:45 PM CST
- **1% Risk Rule:** Functional (correctly rejected GLD trade yesterday due to price exceeding allocation)

## Active Tasks
- Setting up VNC connection to Mac Mini for remote control
- Plan to install OpenRouter and Qwen on Mac Mini once connected
- Continue ADK fleet deployment and HQ dashboard development

## Notes
- Mark using Windows keyboard on Mac Mini (no Command key, using Windows key instead)
- Mark has partial use of left hand — need to accommodate typing limitations
- Communication primarily via WhatsApp (when stable) and Control UI
